(Sept 2016) Greetings to all of you!
By now school has started for many of our happy children and young adults which mean our parish will also be starting up much of our Faith Formation both for children and adults. Our Director, Laura Rivera has many options in religious formation for your family. Jared Cunio, our Minister to Youth is also gearing up with many activities and faith learning for our youth of the parish. It's going to be an exciting year! I would like to thank all those who were involved in our children's ministry for the summer. A special shout out goes to Karyn and Rich Colon who were instrumental in putting our Vacation Bible School (VBS) together in which over 138 children attended for the week. It was a huge undertaking, but with so many stewards who volunteered their time, talent, and treasure, the children had a wonderful experience! Thanks to all of you!
During this year of Generosity for our parish, we are making quite a stir in our community of New Tampa/Wesley Chapel and beyond. Because of your good Stewardship, we have been able to help numerous individuals and agencies through your sacrificial giving. When people find out that I'm from St. Mark parish, a smile comes across their faces knowing of our generosity. That's what being a dynamic Catholic and a dynamic parish is all about. Making other peoples lives easier because of our sacrifices. I know God will continue to bless you for what you are able to give.

It's a great way to study about our Catholic Faith. We are able to do this for the parish with your great stewardship! Hopefully, you will find as much fascinating subjects that I have found already.
Lastly, we still have a few seats available for our pilgrimage to Rome and Medjugorje in October. I'm looking forward to this experience and I hope you are able to join us! To venture into the Seat of our Faith and also experience the peace of Medjugorje where the Blessed Mother continues to appear would be a priceless opportunity.
