When we hear the word "evangelization", a lot of times we think about a person standing on the side of the street with a megaphone and screaming at everyone who walks by. That would offend anyone!
But think about it this way: Do you and your friends agree about every single thing? Do you like different sports teams? Do you prefer different foods? Different TV shows? Do you even have different political opinions? Even though what we believe about God is more important than any of those things, that doesn't mean that we should avoid talking about religion just because we might not agree.
My advice is to start by asking your friends to tell you a little bit more about what they believe. Then try to discover some of the things you have in common. Then talk about the differences, trying to discover why they believe certain things about God and explaining why your beliefs are different. At the end of the day, we have no reason to be afraid of having these kinds of conversations. As Catholics, we have the fullness of Truth. Why should we be afraid to share that in a respectful dialogue?
