This position is responsible for generating new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information over the phone and in a timely manner. Qualified candidates will have prior call center experience and the ability to make a minimum of 100 outbound sales calls per day.
Quality Assurance Analyst – We are searching for an IT Quality Assurance Analyst to analyze and dissect system requirements and technical specifications to create and execute test cases for large business initiatives. Reporting to the VP of IT, this position is responsible for planning, documenting, evaluating and tracking testing results to ensure system applications are free from defects. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years Quality Assurance experience and 2+ years experience with the SDLC preferably working with Agile methodology.
