JOB DESCRIPTION - RESPONSIBILITIES:
Service Delivery Manager
• Position can be performed remotely
• Customer facing role - interacting with senior account leaders on
an important global full-service account
• Responsible for setting SLA policy and methodology and procedures
for the account
• Proactively identifying and addressing SLA risks while
transforming - together with the customer - to industry-standard SLAs
• Position can be performed remotely
• Shift Information: Work hours need to be able to overlap Central
European time zone
REQUIRED SKILLS – EXPERIENCE:
• Strong negotiation skills
• Comfortable with client interaction/communication
• Project management a plus
• Ability to get things done in a matrix organization
• High English verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work in a high stress environment where escalations occur
• Ability to document details clearly
• Able to follow account standards
• Strong multitasking capabilities
• Strong knowledge with contractual documents pertinent to SLAs
including metric definition documents
• Knowledge of typical SLA documnts used by outsourcing consultant
TPI, MS Project, MS Office, basic statistics knowledge.
