Global company headquartered in Tampa, FL is currently looking for a Contract Recruiter to support a ramp up of technical hires. This is a 6 month contract position with possibility of longer term. This is with an industry leader and is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast paced and growing team of professionals! Your responsibilities will include the following:
You will be a strategically partner with management to meet staffing needs for a variety of positions in supporting the Technology Organization across the United States.
You will develop innovative sourcing strategies, meet all of the service goals, and provide exceptional customer service to several departments.
Effectively sell the company and the opportunity available as well as effectively negotiate and close qualified candidates.
You must be proficient in sourcing techniques to include: cold calling, networking, research, database management, Internet, etc.
You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checking, and closing offers.
You will work with internal clients to ensure they have appropriate interviewing skills and effective evaluation of candidate qualifications.
You will design creative solutions to improve staffing efficiency, cost effectiveness, and meet customer challenges.
Summary of Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience in recruiting.
Must have excellent communication skills, high sense of urgency, professionalism, and ability to produce quality results.
Must be detail oriented, and possess the ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask.
A self-motivated individual who can work using his/her own initiative and as part of a team.
Excellent management, training and presentation skills.
Experience recruiting individuals for technology positions is critical.
Full cycle recruitment, screens, interviews, recommends for employment and extends offers of employment to successful candidates.
Proven ability to identify customer needs, attain their commitment to the process, and to drive the recruitment process.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
Prior experience recruiting on a national scale and international experience a plus.
Knowledgeable in various employment laws in US required.
Must be familiar with a variety of recruitment concepts, practices, and procedures.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years professional recruiting experience that includes senior level to non-exempt level positions.
Full cycle recruitment experience in a company environment.
Knowledge of contemporary HR and Recruiting staffing process and ability to efficiently manage the process. Technical background and training is a strong plus.
Strong knowledge of employment, recruitment, relocation policies, practices, and laws.
Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
Results oriented with proven track record of high quality, timely placements
