Home Health Staffing Specialists (PRC) – Collaborates with our providers to schedule care for people in need of home health. Relays referral and utilization information to the providers.

Patient Registration Specialists – Takes in all initial calls from our referral sources (hospitals and physician offices) and obtains all patient information, start of care, and services requested

Authorization Specialists – Contacts health plans to gather policy benefits/limitations & completes eligibility and benefits verification to ensure services will be covered by the carrier. Obtains authorizations.

Triage Nurses LPN/RNs –Acts as a clinical resource to department care coordinators, providing expertise and clinical knowledge; Participates in utilization and quality assessment/improvement activities.
