Attention Catholic School Families!

Are you aware that Sacrament Preparation is done at the home parish and NOT through the Catholic Schools?  If your child is enrolled in a Catholic School and is in the minimum of 2nd grade please make sure you have filled out the Sacrament Request form and have submitted it to the Faith Formation office.  Your child will join their parish family to receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion.  Deadline for Registration is: 11/18/16.
