Though this may come as a surprise to some, the answer is yes! It is actually possible to validly enter into a sacramental marriage without receiving Confirmation. Sometimes there are actually very serious reasons why people cannot receive Confirmation prior to celebrating the Sacrament of Matrimony. Non-Catholics who want to marry a Catholic, for example, will never be able to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation (unless they convert), but they are still able to validly marry in a Catholic Church, with the bishop's permission. That's just one example.
However, there is an article in Canon Law (which is the law that governs how the Church operates) stating that Catholics who have not yet received Confirmation
should normally do so before celebrating the Sacrament of Matrimony. Many parishes will be very strict about making sure this happens unless there is a very good reason why it can't.
